You want to know what holding on to your sobriety really feels like. Well picture you just came home from the pet store. At that store you found the cutest bird with the softest feathers. Soon after day one, you will begin to learn what holding on to your sobriety, really means. In this case sobriety means bird. As you put the bird inside it’s cage for the first day. Sobriety means stable like a bird in a cage. On day two you take the bird and chain it to the balcony ledge. Sobriety means not to far to fast. On day three you put the bird on the ledge without chains. Sobriety means hoping the bird don’t fly away. That’s what sobriety and JUMPING THRU DARKNESS means everyday……..JTD
